[PHP] ImageGif: No GIF support in this PHP build

When I try to use the function ImageGif() I get the following error:
Warning: ImageGif: No GIF support in this PHP build...
I'm using win2k with php4 width the gd module enabled in php.ini
What can I do to make this problem go away?
