I also subscribing this list for months (Hoping something going to happen
about
i18n on PHP. So far, nothing is happening though). Anyway, If you need
Japanese support on PHP, you can find for both PHP3 and PHP4. (in Japanese
though)

I guess for most European PHP users are satisfied with current gettext and
recode
support.

PS: I think this list should be subscriber only list, as Rui Hiorokawa
suggested.
