Anybody have a sample contract they could share that could be tweaked to be used between a PHP developer and a business client? Not looking for a non-disclosure contract, I have one of those. Just looking for a "I'll do this and you'll do that, I'll get this and you'll get that" type of contract. Posting it might be helpful for others on the list too.
