According to the website documentation the dll is no longer included with PHP as in PHP 4, but included instead with PECL. Even if it is included I can't find it anywhere if I search for it. What is the default directory for it? Even if I rename the dll included to be the same as the name in the ini file and copy it to the windows system directory, I still get the same error.
