Bug description: Extension modules always cause crash

Description:
------------
When I try to load any extension for 5.1CVS, PHP crashes. There is
probably some problem with build process, because I was not able to use
any extension. I was tryed php_xmlreader.dll, php_soap.dll and
php_xsl.dll.

I will be glad if this could be fixed, because 5.0.x branch is missing
several important functions in XML APIs.
