Bug description:  configure mess

Description:
------------
if i do a configure i get a msg. at the end about php
is prepared with an internal version of MySql.

as can be seen from the used configure below and from what the --help says
: "--with-mysql" i get mysql - even without using "--with-mysql".

./configure \

--disable-cli \
