 Status:           Bogus
 Bug Type:         CGI related
 Operating System: Windows NT WH3 5.2 build 3790
 PHP Version:      4.3.10
 New Comment:

Sorry if that bug is bogus, but then the documentation is simply wrong.
There is no hint in the header() documentation that this function
depends on php version/cgi/os/ini settings. header() does also not
throw a error/warning/notice.

Description:
------------
I tried to add/replace HTTP headers with the header() function. I tried
all examples from the manual. Even the simple redirection with
"Location: ..." or "HTTP/1.0 404 Not Found" don't work.

Reproduce code:
---------------
<?php
header("HTTP/1.0 404 Not Found");
?>

Expected result:
----------------
HTTP/1.0 404 Not Found

Actual result:
--------------
HTTP/1.1 200 OK

Content-Type: text/html

Server: Microsoft-IIS/6.0

X-Powered-By: PHP/4.3.10

MicrosoftOfficeWebServer: 5.0_Pub
