Bug description:  php pages wont show.

Description:

ok i have apache http server 1.3.31 installed working just fine i also
have php4 installed also even have the binary files installed working to
have read the install text file i have also configed the httpd.config file
for the server.
now i go into the index of the php files i see index.php when i try to
view this file it gos to this error.

The page cannot be found 
The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name
changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Please try the following:

If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure that it is
spelled correctly.

Open the ip is here home page, and then look for links to the information
you want. 
Click the  Back button to try another link. 
Click  Search to look for information on the Internet.

now i have not see this in your faq page so i really have no idea as to
what to do to fix this also when editing my server it was said to do this

LoadModule php4_module "c:/php/sapi/php4apache.dll"
and i did just that but when i started the server after i reset it it
stated that it could not load it cause it couldnt find it so where did i
mess up at ?
