This is not a bug in php itself, but the error message is confusing.
It tells me to make class bie abstract.
Where I think it should tell me I should implement method b.
Reproduce code:

<?php
interface a {
public function b();
}
class bie implements a { }
new bie;
?>
Expected result:
----------------
Fatal error: Class bie contains 1 abstract methods and must therefore be
declared abstract (a::b)
Actual result:
--------------
Fatal error: Class bie should implement method b from interface a in
/usr/src/test.php on line 16
or something like that.
