When 4.3.9 works and 4.3.10 doesn't, that does imply the problem is with php. Nothing else changed except for the php version. PHPBB worked fine under 4.3.9. and now no longer works under 4.3.10. When I try to load phpbb I get "The specified procedure could not be found."
