Please try using this CVS snapshot:

I get exactly what your expected result is using the latest CVS
snapshot. So please try it out.
(I have libxml 2.5.11, check your version too)

When PHP CGI extension call function domxml_new_doc("1.0")
it show an error without returning an object.


Reproduce code:
