I still get the same error with php4-STABLE-200310021930 and with a fresh CVS checkout (cvs -d :pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/repository co -r PHP_4_3 php-src). config.log changed a bit: configure:16236: gcc -o conftest -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 -D_GNU_SOURCE -Wl,-rpath,/usr/local/ssl/lib -L/usr/local/ssl/lib -lintl -lssl -lcrypto conftest.c -lssl -lresolv -lm -ldl -lnsl 1>&5 The -lssl before the -lcrypto is new, but the second -lssl still has no -lcrypto following.
