Имеется несколько name-based виртуальных серверов в Apache-2.0.47
В каталоге одного из них в файле .htaccess указано:
php_value auto_prepend_file /home/www/main-server/common.inc
Периодически(в одном из 10 - 50 случаев) этот файл оказывается включенным
в скрипты других виртуальных серверов.
