Bug description:date('w') returns result in range 1-7 instead of 0-6

According to documentation (http://php.net/manual/en/function.date.php):
"
w Numeric representation of the day of the week 0 (for Sunday) through
6
(for Saturday)
N ISO-8601 numeric representation of the day of the week (added in PHP
5.1.0) 1 (for Monday) through 7 (for Sunday)
"
but date('w') returns day number in 1-7 range.
Test script:
