I am still getting this error with php 5.3.6 I have removed and updated pcre and perl from SunFreeware.com. make stops at the same spot. So I edited ext/pcre/pcrelib/pcre_internal.h On line 198, I commented out #include <stdint.h>, compiles fine now.
