It appears to be possible to run both PHP3 (build 3.0.12) and PHP4 RC2

WinNT, but I have it working on The following is my configuration:

PHP4 RC2 Configuration:

The following changes must be made to Apache's httpd.conf:

There must be a ScriptAlias directive for BOTH versions of PHP.

ex.

ScriptAlias /php/ "c:/windows/system/php4/"
ScriptAlias /php3/ "d:/php3/"

You then specify which file extensions use which engine:

ex.

AddType application/x-httpd-php .phtml
AddType application/x-httpd-php-source .phps
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php3

AddType application/x-httpd-php3 .php

Action application/x-httpd-php "/php/php.exe"
Action application/x-httpd-php3 "/php3/php.exe"

All files with the extention *.php will be parsed be with the PHP
3.0.16 engine, while *.php3 and *.phtml files are parsed with the PHP4
RC2 engine.
