Thank you for your bug report. This issue has already been fixed
in the latest released version of PHP, which you can download at 
http://www.php.net/downloads.php

It supports 64bits on platforms that support 64 bits. You can also use
the new DateTime class that supports 64bit timestamps internally on
every platform

The Summary field tells everything.

Is it possible (in the future), the valid range of a timestamp to become
64-bit signed integer. I'm using BIGINT in MySQL database for date +
time fields in my applications and recently figured out that the
interval for date-time is very limited!
