The getmxrr() function doesn't exist.
Reproduce code:

getmxrr("hotmail.com",$mxhost);
print_r($mxhost);
Expected result:
----------------
Array ( [0] => mx2.hotmail.com [1] => mx3.hotmail.com [2] =>
mx4.hotmail.com [3] => mx1.hotmail.com )
Actual result:
