Bug description: php-cgi fastcgi mode crashes (randomly) in zend_mm_check_ptr

We tested both mod_php and fastcgi. mod_php doesn't crash. Looking at the
coredump it always crashes on the same file (randomly) on 2 functions. See
reproduce code. Disabled all 3th party extentions.
