PHP (php5.2-200801141730) is still not closing open files, resulting in
an email-related error after a while...as mentioned in error #43105:
"Could not execute mail delivery program '/usr/lib/sendmail -t -i'"
lsof -u daemon|grep httpd|wc -l
3937
...still growing...
Using Apache 2.2.6, mpm-worker, Solaris 10 x86.
