Hi all, Kyle and I are setting up a practical ethics discussion group, and you're all very welcome to join! We intend to meet on Fridays from 4-5:30pm.
For the rest of this term, we will be focusing on topics related to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, going forward we would love to look at a wide range of topics within practical ethics, so we encourage you all to get in touch with suggestions for readings. We are also keen to encourage people to use the group to discuss their working papers, so - again - get in touch if you have anything you would like to present. You can find the schedule for this term attached, alongside the readings for this Friday. If you don't have time to read all three, the paper by Savulescu and Cameron, alongside the short response by Hughes are the priority.
