Dear all,

This term I am reviving the Nietzsche reading group. The sessions are
run to complement the Nietzsche lectures, but are open to anyone who
wants to read Nietzsche. Undergraduates, graduate students, faculty, and
anyone else interested are very welcome to come.

The reading group will run weeks 2-8 of Lent term, and possibly in
Easter term. All sessions will be held in the Faculty of Philosophy
graduate common room, Fridays 12-1pm.

This year we read The Gay Science. I will be using the Cambridge
University Press English translation.

The first session will be held Friday 24 Jan, 12-1pm. We will read Book
One, sections 1-21 (inclusive).

Hope to see many of you there,

Matt
