Dear all, Sandy Goldberg will be giving a talk in the Faculty Board Room from 2.30pm - 4pm. The talk is titled "On the Speaker's Expectation of Trust." It address what the audience owes to a speaker who has told her something. It aims to explore the ethical as well as the epistemological dimension of this. After the talk, there will be drinks and dinner - all welcome!
