Dear all, HPS's Kant Reading Group will start up again on Tuesday, October 15, 3:30-500 in the HPS Lodge. Everyone is welcome. During Michaelmas we will read the Transcendental Aesthetic in the Critique of Pure Reason, supplemented by a few pieces from the secondary literature. Topics to be discussed include the distinction between intuitions and concepts, the notion of pure intuition, Kant's philosophy of geometry and, of course, Transcendental Idealism.
