If it worked with previous version, there is no reason it should not work with 
the current Pharo Launcher version.
Please, could you open an issue on 
https://github.com/pharo-project/pharo-launcher/issues ?
If you can join the content of both metadata files of an image created on each 
computer with the same origin template (ex: pharo 8).
