A FileLocator is a bit special, it is usable, but not yet fully realised, more 
abstract. 

You can use resolve. Consider:

FileLocator home pathString.
 "'/Users/sven'"

FileLocator home resolve pathSegments.
 "#('Users' 'sven')"
