I think there was an issue that is fixed in the dev version of Seaside
about that. It should be in the next release.

You can try to add seaside yourself in your project. Something like:

baseline: spec
  <baseline>
  spec
    for: #common
    do: [
                spec
        baseline: 'Seaside3' with: [ spec repository:
'github://SeasideSt/Seaside/repository' ];
        baseline: 'Magritte'
        with: [ spec
            loads: #('Seaside' 'Core');

      spec package: 'Employees' with: [ spec requires: #('Seaside3'
'Magritte') ] ]
