Just as an info and for the records: Now Christian Haider released [RDF] - an RDF/XML implementation in VisualWorks Smalltalk https://wiki.pdftalk.de/doku.php?id=rdf License is MIT. Maybe someone is interested in a port to Pharo and/or Squeak/Cuis.
