OK, RailsExpress

Rails Express is Peter Fisk's  attempt to make web development both
easy and enjoyable. It feels like Smalltalk, but it is built 100% in
Ruby-on-Rails.

So it is NOT about the Pharo 6.0 Generator; did not find the source
code yet ....
