Yesterday 23 Aug, I completely deleted all Pharo 6.1 64 bit and then downloaded and reinstalled it, but the same problems are still present.
Then I installed Squeak5.1-16549-64bit, which works without problems. (I don't know if it uses the same VM as Pharo 6.1 64 bit?, if that is true, then the problem could be within the image, not the VM?) However, I do prefer using Pharo.
