Indeed, we did not yet release PetitParser for Pharo 6.0. We delayed a bit too 
long this release.

In the meantime, here is a script that automates what you are loading manually:

Metacello new
        smalltalkhubUser: 'Moose' project: 'PetitParser';
        configuration: 'PetitParser';
        version: #development;
        load.
Gofer new
        smalltalkhubUser: 'Moose' project: 'PetitParser';
        package: 'PetitYAML';
        load.
