Actually its all over the place - the times vary from seconds (like it used to 
work) to 5-10 mins. It’s not very reliable - so. I hope it can be fixed 
(although it does seem that the image download is usually the one I’ve noticed 
to slow down dramatically). I’m still trying to sort out some caching on my end 
to hopefully lessen the impact of this down stream where my CI lives.
