Hi Volkert

Territorial (https://github.com/hernanmd/Territorial), is a library for
geographical information retrieval. GADM is included in Territorial but is
mainly for boundaries. The feature you ask for is not there yet, but if you
want to try out other features or look for integration you can install it
by doing:

Metacello new
  smalltalkhubUser: ’hernan’ project: ’Territorial’;
  configuration: ’Territorial’;
  version: #’development’;
  load.
