Does a plain Pharo 3 (with DrGeo) have the same problem ? If not, it must be in your code (or the code you depend on). Do you use (background) threads/processes ? Animations ? How is your process list different from the default ? Do you use (many) Morphs that implement #step ? Did you write your own ?
