The SmalltalkHub packages/repositories count is close to useless. You can't even tell which ones are the most used.
Once everything is moved to other SCM like GitHub/GitLab they will provide the stats for us. Another story is package artifact management (ala npm), that will the ¿upcoming? Cargo package manager.
