Well, my fonts are already installed for some time and visible to other
apps.

It lists ~/.fonts, but Pharo tool does not see those fonts.

Is there a way to log output when I press 'Update'?

I see that it scans e.g. /usr/share/fonts, but would like to see
complete output?
