HI Guillaume, I don't have much to add to what Peter said. As for OSProcess yes, we have some problems in latest VMs / images. At some point stdout redirection was not working. Then it seems it got fixed but now I am not sure if it is working as there were other people reporting it didn't work.
As for OSSubprocess, if you are using Pharo 5.0, then it should work. If you have questions (the docs cover quite some questions), please let me know.
