That's an interesting bug. I notice Safari, FireFox and Chromium have the bug. They explicitly state in the menu that the key combination is ctrl-+, resp. cmd-+.
ctrl-= doesn't exist on a german keyboard (but ctrl-+ looks fine) Stephan
