I still have this confusion between instance/class side methods. I knew
PBE1, but I'm more "connected" with the problems, approaches and themes
of PBE2, so having the exact information of where to look for in PBE1
for understanding something that is taken as granted on PBE2 without
reading is a good remark (may be something to put in the book).
