(Copy of post on Squeak list)
Hi Hannes,

There were no PowerPoint slides. A last minute change to the talk was to move the slides to persistent workspaces in the demo image.

This change was not captured in the image I posted before going to Cambridge. The post is now updated:
fulloo.info/Downloads/BabyIDE-3a.zip

The first slide is the top of the PersistentWorkspace named 'Introduction'.
The second slide is at the bottom of that workspace.
The demo program is in the colored window. There are 3 yellowbutton commands (use cases)
'animate shapes' - objects come and go
'animate roles' - animates the message flows of the repeated execution of some use case. All flows have the same topology. ALT-1 traces object ids. ALT-2 adds class names . ALT-3 adds role names. 'animate chaos arrows' animates message flows with no common topology. DCI has nothing to offer for such executions.

TheWorldMenu>>open...>>BB5BankTransfer runs a very simple demo of the DCI concepts. (Transfer money from one bank account to another.) TheWorldMenu>>open...>>BabyIDE1>>BB5Bank opens a DCI browser on the same example. (Recommended as a first study.)

enjoy
