I do this for browsing BioSmalltalk classes with Nautilus

pkgs := RPackageOrganizer default packages select: [ :each | each
packageName beginsWith: 'Bio' ].
env := RBBrowserEnvironment new forPackages: pkgs.
env label: 'BioSmalltalk'.
Nautilus openInEnvironment: env
