[Pharo-dev] Luancher - Stable Pharo 9-based Release?

Is there a stable Launcher release based on P9? If not, is there a timeline?

The zip bug in P8 means that Launcher often goes over Mac’s open file limit and 
the workaround is a PITA (requires sudo, etc).
