[SQL] How to delete the not DISTINCT ON entries

Referring to the DISTINCT ON example

SELECT DISTINCT ON (location) location, time, report
FROM weatherReports
ORDER BY location, time DESC;

How would I delete those entries skipped by the DISTINCT ON expression?
