[SQL] order by accents?

if I do a query like this one :

SELECT name from medias ORDER BY name

name
----
AAAA
CCCC
EEEE
VVVV
ZZZZ
�CCC
----
6 rows


Why the record : �CCC is at the end?
HOW can I fix this?
