./configure

gmake postgres.tar.gz
mv postgres.tar.gz ..
gmake postgres.tar.gz
mv postgres.tar.gz ..
gmake man.tar.gz
mv man.tar.gz ..
cd sgml
gmake HISTORY INSTALL
mv -f HISTORY INSTALL ../../..
cd ../../..
gmake split-dist=yes dist
gmake maintainer-clean
