sorry, I wasn't advocating that we do so, just pointing out that we were
... I like Tom's suggestion of following our VACUUM precedent, where we do
skip, but warn that we are doing so ...
That is a perfectly fine compromise. Do what's possible but warn the
user that not all she asked for has been accomplished.
