Hi! I'm getting this error whenever I try to change the superuser of my database to anything != postgres.
The same error shows up if I do "-U <someuser>" on Unix and "someuser" does not exist in /etc/passwd. Probably the same reason - since win32 will not have any users in /etc/passwd..
