After more thought, I'd like to focus this work on only log messages related to VACUUM. The making all logs show explicit names might not be good solution so we can leave the more generic solution for other log messages. But especially for VACUUM VERBOSE log, since the log messages could be very long when the table has multiple indices this patch would be useful for users.
