Possibly, but if it's really for PG infrastructure uses, the question should go to sysadmins@, not -hackers. If you're offering it to "anyone who's on -hackers", then carry on. I will say that pginfra has been contemplating if an additional project-owned server would be a good thing to have, though we do tend to have relativly high expectations that the system is current and in good condition.
