Hello. I am a student of Tuiuti University and I want to develop a project with PostgreSQL.
My idea is to create clients for PostgreSQL that receive messages from the "server"(PostgreSQL) according to events occured into the database. At this point I just tought that these events could be like triggers. For doing that I want to create a new task into PostgreSQL to test the rules determined by the users and send them messages it's required. When and what data to be sent the user would tell, according to the rules... It is like bringing the information to the user. Is it possible, and will I be able to do it in a short time? Thanks.
